Q:

How do you determine Kelley Blue Book RV values?

A:

As of 2012, Kelley no longer provides valuations on recreational vehicles. As of 2014, the National Automobile Dealers Association licenses its name to National Appraisal Guides, Inc., which publishes NADA Guides books listing the values for many types of vehicles, including RVs.

As of 2014, values for RVs are available on the NADA Guides website. Checking values listed with NADA Guides or other car value references with the prices of several similar vehicles advertised online, in newspapers or dealer lots is the best way to double-check the accuracy of any referenced value.

Kelley continues to offer valuation books on automobiles, trucks and motorcycles. Both Kelley and NADA Guides maintain websites where values of vehicles may be obtained for free.
