Apple announced the iPhone 6 on September 9, 2014 along with the larger-sized iPhone 6 Plus. It was released for sale on September 19. The new model has a 4.7-inch screen with 1334-by-750-pixel resolution at 326 ppi, features a new faster A8 processor, NFC technology, etc. Prices start at $199 for the 16GB with contract.
