Several months ago, the DVDCCA also sent me a "cease and desist" letter to which I responded. I think its just so humorous that although they have seemed to get favorable rulings, that they are unable to get the "coupe to gras" required to get a univeral injunction on deCSS.

DeCSS 1.2b - DVD ripper ... A utility called DeCSS is currently floating around on the Net that will read a DVD movie disc and save the file on a hard disk, minus the encryption.
