Rob Powell is an American football, track and field athlete, fitness and conditioning coach and martial artist. He is the four time World Record Holder, four time World Fitness Champion, two WFC / Guinness World Records Certified: 2001[1] and 2002,[2] and four time World Fitness Champion (WFC) World Record Holder 2001, 2002, 2003[3] and 2004 [4]
He trains elite military and law enforcement in martial arts, and has coached junior high, high school, college and professional athletes. He also trains athletes, grandparents, and every fitness level in between, via his fitness website.

Early life

Powell grew up on a Ranch, in Dry Creek, Texas. Beginning his training at age 4, an avid martial artist, he has developed his own martial arts form, "Nok Beko", which he has taught to elite military, law enforcement officers, and MMA fighters. He went to W.H. Ford High School and graduated from South Plains College, and Texas Tech University.[citation needed]
