Jennifer Robinson (born 1981) is an Australian human rights lawyer. She is Director of Legal Advocacy for the Bertha Foundation in London and an Adjunct Lecturer in Law at the University of Sydney Law School. Robinson has acted in free speech and freedom of information cases before British and European courts .
