Michael Albert (born April 8, 1947) is an American activist, economist, speaker, and writer. Since the late 1970s he was been involved with publishing left wing literature. He is known for helping to develop the socioeconomic theory of participatory economics.
Michael Albert co-chairs the firm's Litigation Group and focuses his practice on patent litigation. He has trial experience before federal and state courts across the US and has prevailed in appellate practice before the US Courts of Appeal for the First and Federal Circuits and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
