Posted July 11, 2016. I think it's the fact that I have in-app purchases disabled on my iOS 9 phone, but it could be disabled installation of apps as well (in restriction settings). Evernote is regularly coming up with a prompt to enter my Apple ID and password. When I hit cancel, Evernote continues to work fine.
