I much prefer to make it myself at home as it should be made - with the authentic Cantonese lobster sauce with preserved black beans, etc., etc. Takeout places seem to pretty much only dredge shrimp in a bit of cornstarch, add a few green peas & egg-drop soup, & call it "Shrimp with Lobster Sauce".
